TerraGalery · Legal information
Terms of purchase
Text reviewed: 5 October 2026 · Version draft-pendiente.
Draft under review. Business and legal confirmations are still needed before opening sales. Completing this page does not enable purchases.
1. Who sells and to whom these terms apply
Seller: [name awaiting confirmation], a self-employed individual trading as TerraGalery. NIF: [NIF awaiting confirmation]. Address: [address awaiting confirmation], ES. Email: info@terragalery.com. Phone: [phone awaiting confirmation].
These terms govern purchases by consumers for personal use. Stripe handles payment and Printify coordinates printing and shipping; neither replaces TerraGalery as the seller to the customer. See also the legal notice.
2. Products and sizes
We sell physical prints produced on demand, not downloadable files or original paintings. A triptych is a set of three panels: the stated price is for the set and the selected size refers to each panel, not to the total width of all three.
The material, finish, dimensions and contents of each option are stated on its product page. Frames and decorative items shown in room settings are not part of the order unless expressly included on the product page. Room settings help you visualise the artwork; consult the measurements rather than inferring its scale from the photographed room.
Screens may reproduce colours differently. This does not exclude liability for differences that constitute a lack of conformity. Choosing a design or size from the catalogue does not make the purchase individually personalised.
3. Destinations and language
Opening for sales remains subject to legal, tax and operational checks; this coverage does not enable purchases.
Shipping is limited to the 27 countries of the European Union. The specific address must be accepted and have a shipping quote before payment.
This document is written in English. Contractual versions and customer service in the languages required for launch destinations must be available before purchases are enabled there.
4. Purchase, price and payment
Select the artwork, size and quantity, review the basket and provide contact and delivery details. Before paying, you will be able to review and correct your order and see the currency, items, taxes, shipping charges and total. The final button identifies the obligation to pay.
The catalogue's base prices are expressed in EUR. When Stripe offers conversion to local currency, the payment screen shows the chosen currency, converted amount and conversion terms before confirmation. Print prices include applicable taxes. Transport costs depend on the items and destination and are added separately, with their taxes itemised before payment.
Stripe processes the payment methods available on the payment screen; TerraGalery does not store your full card number. Payment and order acceptance are confirmed with a reference. A pending or declined payment does not automatically start production. If a problem arises, we will inform you and will not substitute the product or increase the price without your agreement.
You can request an invoice through our contact channels. Electronic delivery of the invoice will take place with the required consent and does not remove any rights concerning its format.
Pending confirmation before selling: whether import and handling charges are included or who bears them for each destination; there will be no hidden TerraGalery charges after payment.
5. Production, delivery and loss
Printing starts after order confirmation and checks. Consult production and transport times for each destination. A triptych may travel in separate parcels; receiving one panel does not constitute delivery of the entire set.
The timeframes communicated before entering into the contract form part of the order information. If we cannot meet them, we will explain the problem and the applicable cancellation or refund options. We will not replace those options with an indefinite extension. For EU consumers, unless otherwise agreed, delivery must take place without undue delay and within 30 calendar days of the contract; statutory rights concerning delays and essential dates are preserved.
When TerraGalery arranges transport, the risk of loss or damage does not pass to the EU consumer until physical receipt by that consumer or their designated person, except as provided by law. You will not have to pursue a claim against Printify or the carrier yourself to exercise your rights against us.
6. Withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you are withdrawing from a standard purchase, without giving a reason and without needing our prior authorisation. The period starts when you receive the goods; if a single order is delivered in parts, it starts on receipt of the last item or piece in accordance with the law. Printing after an order is received does not remove this right.
Notify us by an unequivocal statement to info@terragalery.com or in writing to [address awaiting confirmation]. It is sufficient to send the notice before the period ends. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory.
After notifying us, you must send the goods without undue delay and no later than within the following 14 calendar days. Return address: [receiving address awaiting confirmation]. Do not send parcels to Printify or to the printer unless we expressly give you an operational address. Returning a complete triptych includes all three panels; problems with one piece are handled separately under the guarantee.
We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notice. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them or until you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. We will use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without any cost to you.
You may examine the product as you would in a shop. You will only be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, in the circumstances provided by law. We do not require unopened packaging; use suitable protection for the return.
Pending confirmation before selling: check which formats can be returned by ordinary post and, for those that cannot, inform customers before purchase of the cost or a justified maximum estimate for the return.
Model withdrawal form
You may copy this form into an email or print it. This block does not submit a request through the website.
To [proprietor awaiting confirmation], [address awaiting confirmation], info@terragalery.com:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: __________.
Order reference: __________. Order date: __________. Date received: __________.
Consumer's name: __________. Address: __________. Email for the reply: __________.
Date: __________. Consumer's signature, only if submitted on paper: __________.
Cost of return transport
Where a European Union consumer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal for the complete order, reimbursement includes the price paid and ordinary delivery charges. It does not include the supplement for a more expensive delivery method expressly chosen by the customer. We will not deduct production costs or penalties for exercising this right.
7. Damage, errors and statutory guarantee
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete product, contact TerraGalery. The order reference and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging help us handle the problem. Photographs are not a condition that removes your rights, and we do not impose a 24 or 48 hour limit for retaining the guarantee.
For new goods sold to consumers in Spain, we are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within the following three years. In other destinations, applicable mandatory periods and rights remain in force.
Repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination with reimbursement are handled under the conditions laid down by law. Remedies for lack of conformity are free of charge to the consumer, including necessary transport costs. Printify's internal policy does not limit this guarantee.
8. Cancellation before printing
Notify us as soon as possible of any cancellation or correction request. We will try to stop orders not yet sent to production; once production has started, stopping it technically may not be possible. This does not remove the right of withdrawal or rights concerning delay, non-delivery or lack of conformity.
9. Complaints, privacy and rights
You can make a complaint through our contact channels without first approaching our suppliers. Any applicable alternative dispute resolution entity will be communicated in accordance with the regulations; you are not required to waive access to the courts.
These terms are interpreted under Spanish law without depriving you of the mandatory protection to which you are entitled as a consumer in your country of residence. No exclusive court jurisdiction contrary to your rights is imposed. An update does not retroactively replace the terms of a previous order.
The use of data is explained in the privacy policy. Accepting the purchase does not constitute consent to advertising.
