Shipping and returns

Destinations and cost before payment
Opening for sales remains subject to legal, tax and operational checks; this coverage does not enable purchases.
Shipping is limited to the 27 countries of the European Union. Availability depends on the address and size. Shipping is calculated before payment; the currency, applicable taxes and total are displayed. If there is no valid shipping option, the purchase must not be completed.
Pending confirmation before selling: destination-specific treatment of customs, import taxes and handling charges.
Production and delivery times
Prints are produced on demand through Printify and its providers. The total time includes production and transport. We do not promise local production in every destination.
European Union
Pending confirmation before selling: production and transport times checked with the supplier, whether days are working or calendar days, and any restrictions.
If there is a delay, we will inform you and manage the options available to you. Estimates do not remove your rights in the event of non-delivery. See the terms of purchase.
Triptychs and tracking
A triptych contains three panels and may be shipped in several packages with different tracking details and delivery dates. Keep your order reference; available tracking appears on the order's private page. If a panel is missing, contact TerraGalery: receiving one piece does not mean that the set is complete.
Returns and withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you are withdrawing from a standard purchase, without giving a reason and without needing our prior authorisation. The period starts when you receive the goods; if a single order is delivered in parts, it starts on receipt of the last item or piece in accordance with the law. Printing after an order is received does not remove this right.
Notify us by an unequivocal statement to info@terragalery.com or in writing to [address awaiting confirmation]. It is sufficient to send the notice before the period ends. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory.
After notifying us, you must send the goods without undue delay and no later than within the following 14 calendar days. Return address: [receiving address awaiting confirmation]. Do not send parcels to Printify or to the printer unless we expressly give you an operational address. Returning a complete triptych includes all three panels; problems with one piece are handled separately under the guarantee.
We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notice. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them or until you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. We will use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without any cost to you.
You may examine the product as you would in a shop. You will only be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, in the circumstances provided by law. We do not require unopened packaging; use suitable protection for the return.
Pending confirmation before selling: check which formats can be returned by ordinary post and, for those that cannot, inform customers before purchase of the cost or a justified maximum estimate for the return.

When the statutory right of withdrawal is exercised for a complete EU order, the initial standard delivery cost is also refunded, but not the supplement for a more expensive delivery method expressly chosen. We do not charge a penalty or deduct the printing cost.
Damaged products, errors and guarantees
Report the issue through our support channels. Provide the order reference and photographs if you can; the absence of photographs or failure to notify us within 24–48 hours does not remove your statutory rights.
TerraGalery manages the remedy and necessary costs for lack of conformity. We do not pass the limits of Printify's internal policy on to the customer. See the statutory guarantee and remedies.
Cancellations before production
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop production if it is still possible. A technical inability to stop it does not remove the right of withdrawal or any other applicable rights.
